Thermal mass flowmeters has been developed for mass measurement of gas fluids. Standard flow meters require pressure and temperature compensation to make flow measurement healthy. But mass flow meters can directly calculate the mass flow value of the fluid without requiring compensation. Mass flow meters are preferred due to direct application manifold, no moving parts, very low pressure drop, very wide measurement range, high precision, high reliability. Thermal mass flowmeters are mainly used in petroleum derivatives, chemical industry, medical industry, heat power plants and environmental protection sectors.
